you have way to many items on your core build building hex before cutlass is implied and you dont have boots at your finished build.

sell Abyssal Scepter and buy lich bane or somrthing is give you more damage

Sorcerer's Shoes-Rylai's-2Hextech-Lich Bane-Deathcap. Rylai's slow is just so deadly on Morde, it should definitely be included.

@ Ratch V - 3 Hextech Gunblades maxes your life steal/spell vamp (I think).

One thing you got to watch for is item price. a full build can look like the most awesome thing ever, but you have to include the total cost and speed at which youll obtain it. I'd love a katarina with four hextech gunblades's, but i know its impractical and slow to build towards it.

Lose the Warmogs. Didn't Vote, because everything else is okay.

With your build, you have roughly 3.4k hp (They don't count the warmog bonus) and a Force of Nature, so you aren't a tank but an off-tank. If you want to be more damagy, I suggest you go try out some AP items such as Rylai's Scepter (Slow), Zhonya's Hourglass (Survival, esp if you are really easy to kill) etc.

you say in your guide you can get 2 warmogs? I do not feel that is good at all. You can sub that for alot better items
