ArmPene: My opinion is, that ArmPene is usefuller then AD Runes.
Armor: The most dmg in early game u gian, is the damage of the Minions D: Get Armor!
MResi: Why not?
Movement or ArmPene: If you like to be faster, then get MS Quintessence! I prefer ArmPene.


Items
If the Enemy Team has a Jungler, you get a free ward with Wriggles! And don't undermess the POWER OF A LANTERN (Jax can nearly kill everything with just a lantern D:) and his Life Steal (18%) is awesome with your free crit rate passive! Damage and Armor is a wonderfull present! And farming on lanes with his Passiv is a good present, too!
Aegis of Legion has a really nice aura! I like it :) Mresi, Health, Armor & a little bit Damage - Awesome *o*
Mercurys should take every good Pantheon. ASPBoots are just wasted gold & Itemslot.
Infinity Edge is an... F*CKING AWESOME BULLSH*T ITEM on Pantheon ! His E Passiv deals more Damage then enough *-*
Frozen Mallet or Warmogs? I prefer FM first. Later u can sell it and get a Warmogs! But FM's Passiv is really usefull on Pantheon! -> his E deal longer Damage :)
Last Whisper - GET IT! GET IT! GET IT! GET IT! GET IT!
Now you should have no room in your Itemslots. Sell your Wriggles for a Bloodthirster and the Aegis of Leagion for Atma's -> Awesome Dps Output!

Masteries
I take 8-9-11 Masteries.
I like the MPene in the Offensivtree and the Nimbleness in the Defensetree with the Dodge Runes are a nice combo.
'Cuz I took Teleport & Ghost, I skill Teleport and Ghost in the Utilitytree! The -10% reduced time spent dead is my favourite of all.
You have to solo top with the most Offtanks! And to improve your experience, I would get the Experiencebuff here too! 3,75% Mana on Singed explains by itself...

Health Stone for the improved liferegenartion /5sec in early game and to get the GPS Item Philosopher's Stone.
Frozen Heart (FH) is an awesome midgame Item against high AD Champs like a Caitlyn, which can easily underfarm you -.-* I hate this bitc...beautifull champ D:
Boots of Swiftness is a must!
Rod of Ages is a must. Get it! Under 20 minutes Gametime is a good job! And with Rylais an awesome Core Item! but about what I'm talking now? Rylais is THIS ITEM for Singed! Get it or destroy your computer!
Force of Nature has two awesome passiv (MS & Epic HP regi.!) and wonderfull 76 MResi. It will up your MS to an epic rate...
Shurelya's Reverie looks like a stupid Support Item. But you undermess this little item! +40% MS for all Teammates for 3 seconds can change the whole game!
And last but not least I get Rylais...u can get it earlier :3
If your Opponent have high AD Dmg-Output, you should get Thornmail instead of FH!


Attack Order / How to deal Damage
Q on. E On. W Behind Enemys. And now to the funny part....FLING THEM INTO YOUR TEAM! BUT: Only the Squishy one and NEVER EVER FLING THE F*CKING TRYNDAMERE/AKALI/THE ENEMY TANKS into your Team. NEVER!
If you lose a teamfight, the blame is on you!!
After your Fling is on CD, run through the Enemys and just Damage then with your Poison.
With +450 MS you should easlie run into them, Fling, run behind them, run back to your team, fling the assassin out of your team.
