Skill Sequence

This is where your burst damage comes from. For this to work, it is almost imperative to use quick cast.

This is your mobility and lich bane proc. Not that important of a skill in my opinion. Good to have at least one point in her though.

This is what defines Teemo. This is your harass, your kill potential, your damage. Max it first, always.

This is your slow and trap. With all ults, max it as soon as possible, but with this build, it's not that important.

Pretty standard on Teemo. It makes your auto-attacks a lot stronger. It synergizes excellently with your e. The cooldown reduction with this item is also a must have to make your auto-q-auto combo up a lot more often.

This is what differentiate this build from others. This adds to your hyper-powerful auto-q-auto combo and just does tremendous amounts of burst damage.

Pretty self-explanatory.

Just shreds those magic resist tanks.

A lot of AP with awesome passive and some armor.

Standard boots for mages. This could be swapped for boots of mobility which works well with Teemo's w.

Pros / Cons

Pros

+ Low mana costs
+ Good early game
+ Harass
+ Single Target Blind
+ Snowballing Champion
+ Strong Late Game
+ High DPS
+ High burst
+ Hard to gank
+ Not much counters
Overall a very powerful champion. Your early game is insane up in top lane, and you late game isn't lacking either. It's one of those champions that have good early and late game. Also, you have dps and burst throughout the entire game. His shrooms make it impossible to gank at level 6 and up. Yorick counters Teemo, but since no one plays him, you don't have to worry about it at all.

Pros

+ Bad aoe
+ Often focused upon
+ Sometimes Banned
+ Bit squishie
There's not that much flaws with burst Teemo. The main issue is that people try to focus you down since you're Teemo. He doesn't get banned to often, but you can't rely on him to be available every game.

Gameplay

Laning phase from levels 1-5 is pretty simple. Focus on last hitting, and give the opponent an auto or two whenever they come close. Your poison should be a good deterrent from them getting farm. Once you get your blinding shot, do the auto-q-auto combo. Since blinding resets the auto attack timer, you want to quick cast your q right after your auto to maximize your damage. Don't waste too much manna on just harassing with your q though.

Level 6 is where you become ungankable. Start putting shrooms all over the river. Don't put your shrooms in lane, since the opponents are probably predicting that it's there. Space out you shrooms so that 3 shrooms will cover the width of the river.

Put pressure top lane, since you don't really worry about ganks, and relentlessly siege that first tower. Once you got the turret, proceed to put shrooms in the enemy jungle. Put shroom in the center of lanes and intersections. Keeping putting pressure until the enemy team sends three or four champions to your lane. Once you feel that you can't do much more in top lane, and your shrooms in the river have all died out, it's time for team fights.

At this point, you should have at least your nashor's tooth. You probably have a lich bane and tier 2 boots, and you are working on the rabadon's. From here, just stay near the center of the team. You are not the adc, so you don't need to stay in the back. Just burst down the squishiest/most fed target in your range. Don't try to dive the enemy adc, sincy your role is to provide the burst and dps to destroy people out of positions, not to dive through a team. You could split push if you want if you have teleport. Don't forget to use your w when attack turrets, in order to use your lich bane's passive.
