Hello people it's my second guide! Hopefully this will be better than my other guide about Garen. All right this guide is about Pantheon not Garen! Here we go, Pantheon is one of my favourite champions to play. Sometime back I really hated this guy cause I think that his damage was pretty bad. After trying him out, I really had fun with this guy! His damage is great. Also very easy to master this champion and build him LIKE A BOSS!
Damn why did they make Pantheon's ultimate non-global? It's really sad, but still you can do tons of damage with Spear Throw.
Lets do this!
Pros / Cons
+Great harrasment with your Q.
+Great early game killer.
+Awesome initiator with your ultimate.
+Nice passive that can block attacks, like the towers' shot.
+Can solo top very well. (Will be shown in this guide, very soon.)
-Won't scale well late game. (Very item dependant.)
-No real escape.
-People can dodge your ultimate very easily. (Hard placement for the ultimate to hit.)
-Squishy without and health items.
That pretty much sums him up. His still a great champion though!
For this section, I will tell you what Pantheon's abilities do.
One of the best passive in the game, (In my opinion.) allows you to block an incoming basic attack or a Turret Shot. Extremely useful for diving your enemies that are on a tower.
Ahh, my favourite ability for Pantheon, this ability allows you to hurl a spear that deals tons of damage!
Damage it deals : 65 / 105 / 145 / 185 / 225
With this ability, Pantheon leaps to his selected target stunning him for 1 second. Also recharging your passive ability instantly.
Damage it deals : 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150
Cooldown : 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 seconds
Pantheon strikes his enemies 5 times in an area in front of him. This ability can deal **** loads of damage when fed with damage. If your target is below 15% Health, he will always crit.
Mana Cost : 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 mana
Physical Damage per strike : 13 / 23 / 33 / 43 / 53
Maximum Physical Damage : 39 / 69 / 99 / 129 / 159
Physical per strike Damage VS Champions : 26 / 46 / 66 / 86 / 106
Maximum Damage VS Champions : 78 / 138 / 198 / 258 / 318
This ability allows you to leap at an area around the map, dealing much more damage to those who are closer to the impact point. Those who are far away from the impact point, take lesser damage.
Cooldown : 150 / 135 / 120 seconds
Damage : 400 / 700 / 1000
Now for Runes, had to go in to games to check which ones are best for this guy, I think I found it. I've used this one mainly for my DPS Champions. For this rune page, you can even solo top if you so please.
This one is just for when you want tons of damage. That Spear Throw's going to hurt.

Here's another type of Rune Build that you could do.

Both of this builds can Solo Top or Mid just fine.
To masteries! These builds could be different for what lane your in. For Solo Top, I would just go for a 9/21/0 build like this.
Now for the duo lanes.
You could go for 0/21/9 for solo top or mid which is like this,
I go 21/9/0 so it's easier to get kills, since I'm laning with someone else, it is easier for me to survive, especially if your partner is a tank. Since I'm going with this mastery build, I go very aggressive on them.
For soloing top or going mid, I go for a 9/21/0 build. I need that durability in defence so its more easier going against somebody who has tons of damage. For the offence tree I go for some improved summoner spells.
Right now for skill levelling. There's two here that are just fine. One, is levelling up your Spear Throw first, followed by your Heartseeker Strike, then Aegis of Zeonia
And getting Grand Skyfall every time it's available. This build goes like this.

For this ^^^^ it's cool and all but I just need my Q for the harrasment.
When engaging someone in combat, you want to him to trigger your passive, then jump him with Aegis of Zeonia to reset his passive. Since he is stun for at least a second you could Spear Shot then quickly casting Heartseeker Strike, then finish him of with an Ignite and Certain Death. And if his not dead by then, throw your spear once more.
So it goes like this

This what I can get depending on the situation of the game.
Grabbing the right boots
Great item if your looking for some Magic Resist and Tenacity. I would only get these if the team is really heavy in AP, OR the opposing team have lots of CC.
Awesome item especially if your an AD Champion. It gives you attack speed. I would only get these boots if I'm really fed OR the team is filled with people that can deal no damage what so ever.
Looking for some armor and damage reduction? Grab this item! It give all that it is very useful against a team filled with damage champions. I fined myself always going for these boots since my enemies are always full AD.
Need some defensive stuff?
A very needed item for Pantheon as he is a very squishy champion. You can get this in combo with an Atma's Impaler to get some damage.
Excellent item for Pantheon as it give Health including damage. I also love this item since it gives you a permanent slow like red buff.
A very nice item for him if you are in need of some Magic Resist and Health. Also gives you a very nice spell shield life Sivir's or Nocturne.
Great item if your needed of some Magic Resist and Health Regeneration, also gives you some movement speed that is great for chasing down your enemies easier.
Awesome item if your looking for some Magic Resist and an activate that allows you to remove speed debuff's from your champion.
Need some damage?
Here are the summoner spells, I use Ghost for chasing down my enemies or I can use that to escape. Ignite for finishing of kills since Pantheon can deal tons of damage in a second but after that, his spells will be in cooldown. So Ignite is a good choice for Pantheon if you can't finish of kills.
Now for the summoner spells that you don't want to get,
Clairvoyance -- Let your support handle this spell.
Surge -- Not the worst choice but also not the best choice, you might want to try it out for yourself see what you think about it.
Clarity -- You don't need this ability, besides if you start with a Meki Pendant (Which is also viable!) you will get the right amount of Mana Regeneration for you to harass your enemies with.
Promote -- Why does people even get this ability.
Revive -- You don't need this ability! With this guide your invincible!!!
( Not literally ).
These are the summoner abilities that you can grab, you choices
Heal -- Great spell when you know your up against someone that is hard in lane. For example ; Gangplank
Flash -- For chasing those enemies of yours down!!!!
Cleanse -- Getting out of, for example ; Ignite
Just some abilities that you can get, of course you can go and try out other kinda summoner spell set, but Ghost and Ignite is my personal favourite.
With this kinda build I use for my Pantheon I'm almost positive that everyone that tries this build out, will get a positive K/DR. If you have a good game with this guy, show me your score at the comment section of this guide
