Lux
Lux would have a high threat level b/c she has the ability to one-shot a turret, but, if you position your turrets right early game, she will only able to take out a turret one at a time. And when she runs out of mana. you will still be able to put up turrets. Making you still able to push while she had no way to proc her passive. She will leave lane again letting you push lane, but as soon as she comes back in lane, go back to base and book it back to mid lane so you can reposition your turrets and out last lux mana.
Karthus
With karthus low cd count on his q, he can take out a turret when his q is availablle. However, karthus wastes mana very fast. To make most of your laning phase, auto karthus whever given the chance to proc thunderlords. And e bomb him whenever he is casting up his q. The battle of the pokes is with karthus.
Lissandra
Positioning with turrets matter against lissandra. She can not only-shot your turrets, but her ult has such a large radius, she can one-shot your turrets and follow-up with the jg to kill you. Always keep your distance from lissandra and zhonyas when she is about to flash ult you.
