So guys this is a build in response to all the ****ty viktors I have personally witnessed in game, tried to tell them how to play, and then reported for unskilled play (and sometimes verbal harassment). The key to viktor, is to be able to out harras your lane.

Basic rune setup of magic pen reds, mana regen yellows, ap blues and ap quints.
Magic pen reds are good to have late game, as are the mana regen per lvl, and the ap blues and quints give you enough damage to do some serious poke with your q.

Basic heavy ap caster, with some tankiness for early game

Start with either a Dorans ring for mid or boots and 3 pots. WHAT you need to see if WHO you are up against. Kennen, another viktor or anyone with a skillshot that goes mid, you go dorans. THIS IS ONLY IF YOU CAN ACCTUALLY DODGE(malz counts as a skill shot champ, cuz most ppl stack q, but if they dont you'll just have to go back a lot). no one whine if you cant do that ****. Boots 3 pots against swain, zil, and any other person with a high damage lock on skill. After first Dorans you go back get another one and boots 1. If you started boots, then just get 2 dorans rings. After this you have 2 choices. If you are owning (1-3 kills before 7 minutes) then you should have enough for a blasting wand. If you can afford it buy needlessly large rod. NOTHING ELSE. NO HEXCORE UPGRADE NOTHING. some people would call this a deathcap rush AND THATS WHAT IT IS. when u get your deathcap, you will have enough damage to insta minion waves. After this STILL dont finish boots. You should quickly farm up enough gold for a void staff. If things start to go south however, you buy a revolver to keep you in fights longer.VERY late game when you have your full build, have upgraded to Augment:Death you will have about 650 Ap. If you are really getting pounded sell will of ancients for a guardian, or if you are having a hard time chasing, for rylais.

This is easy. Your q has exceptional damage early game, and im pretty sure that if you start harrasing lvl 5, level six you get a kill regardless of what you do. W at four is great for the stun, even thought you dont use it unless the person is stupid enough to think they can take you. E maxed second because of the insane damage it does mid and late game.

Ignite and Flash. NO other spells. You need ignite for early game clean up and flash as a getaway. Ghost? NO viktor has no escapes. Exhaust? NO hes a ****ing nuke, no consistent damage, and the magic resist and Armour debuff isn't worth it

OK so in summary, all i have to say is, although his q is powerful early game DON'T ****ING RELY on it, IF you CANT LAND HIS E he isnt the champion for you. Just give up because you are a lost cause, and you know what? I know this build is gonna get burned, because the LoL community is ******ed. I just wrote it becuase i got tired of ***s playing him, doing good as him by ksing with q AND THEN NOT CARRYING CUZ THEY CANT LAND AN E! so we'll see who is ******ed and who isnt by how many downvotes this gets,
