If you win lane, you can do so much split pushing, forcing them to stop you. If they come to kill you your team can proceed to take objectives while they run to you. If they don't come to stop you slit pushing then there towers will disappear quickly. So if you manage to win top without the help of the jungler too much and you start being a precense throughout the map, then yeah, he can 'hard carry'. Did this answer your question?
