Now I understand why there is no karthus build over 80& rating...

Pretty good guide overall, much better than that dreadful #1 guide right now.

A few notes:
- Though I'm not really a Karthus player myself, I see 90% of them run Exhaust + Flash nowadays. When Karthus lands a Wall of Pain and goes in for a 1v1 fight, he will deal a lot of damage, but he'll be vulnerable to a lot of damage at the same time. That's what Exhaust is for, to ensure he wins the showdown and beats his opponent. Same goes for teamfights where he uses it to survive longer despite being in the middle of the fight (where he should be) and getting focused.
- "Often focused" is imo not a big con. His playstyle evolves around dealing a lot of AoE damage and getting in there as you describe in the teamfighting section. Also, being focused is not something that's the champion's fault, it's just how it works :p
"Often banned in ranked" is a flat out lie. Just to give you an idea of the common bans over the last month, click here.
- There's a bit of inconsistency between your cheatsheet and Items section, as Zhonya's Hourglass is your final item in the cheatsheet build but a core item in the Item section, Rod of Ages is the first item you build in the cheatsheet build but not even core in the Item section and another item that is not core according to the Item section ( Void Staff) is built before one that is ( Will of the Ancients) in your cheatsheet.
Also, Rod of Ages is both displayed in the Items as well as the Alternative Items section
- I realise the Matchup section isn't complete, but you're not trying to tell us you only have experience laning vs Akali, right? :P

This is not a bad build but instead of the hourglass i would get T he Bloodthirster so i can keep my health up and since karthus is very slow i get ninja tabi other than that i think it would be a very good build.I tried your build once and i went 15/2/30.
