Question what are u going to do when they build MR...surely there going to build MR. Ever think of a Void staff?

Archangel's Staff is really easy to charge early game, with your constant casting of Q every 2~3 seconds. I'm going for damage output, thus 2 into event horizon is more than enough to land my dark matter 90% of the time. The reason for maxing Q over W is that maxing Q would allow more AP per champion killed; more AP/sec (lower cd so more casts) and it's a much nicer poke than W.

I don't think that Archangel's Staff is good on Veigar, due to his high cooldowns. And maxing Event Horizon last is not smart. This is the strongest area stun in game. plus, maxing Baleful Strike over Dark Matter seems bad because you can hit 100% enemy, stunned with your Event Horizon.
