Ok, I don't really like this guide. Here's why:

Those double lines are a part of JhoiJhoi's template you erase. Speaking of that, you messed up the summoner spell section.
Are the two AP points really worth the extra attack speed and armor shredding with Exhaust? Speaking of masteries, why not take, say, Indomitable ? Explain your choices and explain them well.
You got a total of 7 marks, when you can take 9. Speaking of runes, consider adding alternative options.
Ok, people WILL buy Vision Wards against Eve if they have some common sense. It's not if will they buy them, it's where will they find you. You also forget to metion that Oracle's Elixir is completely useless against this type of invisibility.
You really need more info on Dark Frenzy. Using or not using this is often the difference between getting locked down and murdered and killing someone.
Trinity Force + Hextech Gunblade is quite expensive for a jungler, even for Eve. Consider adding an "the game is not going well" set of items. Also, your items section has a quite big problem: you have a tank build, and yet you don't explain that build. This is my second biggest problem.
Your grammatical errors are mostly typos, to be honest. Just copy the guide into Word or something, turn on the spellchecker and fix accordingly.
"Make sure when you are with your team you're invisible, because that way the enemy team also doesn't know you're with them." If the enemy is smart enough, they WILL know you are hanging around your teammates somewhere if they can't see you. This is not very reliable.
You can definitely work quite a bit on your gameplay info. If just plain feels lacking. Take a look at the other Eve guides on the internet and try to find some ideas. This is probably my main problem.
