This build is good when your starting mid, you buy the boots to easyer get out of ganks against you. The health potions is great when you have lo health and dont want to recall. Play defensiv and make shure you hit them with your abilities. To get an easy kill use the E ability to slow him and take damage then hit W to get more range to hit him more often if hi runs away. After that you use the other abilities. This strategy works in late game also

in late game you shuold have higg atack damage and attack speed, you also got big life steal when you fully trained The Bloddthirster wich is awesome when you got that hig attack speed. It almost makes you invincible
