Hello, I'm Clipz all though I'm not some great 2k elo player, I enjoy playing LOL and wanted to help people who liked Irelia. I feel Irelia is best in a solo lane just because my build is pretty expensive and she can farm like a beast. Thanks. Hope you Enjoy!

These are the runes I play. Since i play her pretty tankish I believe my runes should be somewhat tanky. Plus making me an early game force who is not easy to kill. These defensive runes allow me to survive in lane with my HP regen of dorans shield. Since I believe early game is the most important part of the game, I choose to make that the time where I am more defensive then others.

Along with the runes, these are just my preference. You can change these around to what you feel are suitable. Again I tank defensive masteries to give my early game a bit more defense.

The items I chose are pretty much self explanatory. I get more offensive/ defensive items which match my playstyle. I get attack speed, for my w which gives me true damage and I also go for a wits end which does damage on hit and increases my MR on hit. Madreds, self explanatory, dps, and some armor, great item in my opinion. NOW I'M SURE I'M GOING TO GET THAT ONE PERSON WHO IS LIKE NO TRINITY? NOOB BUILD. Just try it. It works well for me.

To get back on track, I then go FON for some MR and then warmogs and atmas for some more surv/damage.

A philo stone can be thrown in for some more lane sustainability.

Well, I believe Irelia's W is her best skill. I mean it passively gives health and increases damage with true damage, amazing. It also gives me some lane sustainability with being able to auto attack some minions for some health.

Use your Q to farm and last hit minions. It gives you a great advantage where you can sit behind your minions until the enemy minions are low health then use your Q on them and go right back behind your minions.

FARM FARM FARM with Irelia. It pays off.

Ghost/ flash pretty obvious in my opinion. Can be used to run or chase. Great spells. But again, its all preference

Well all in all, I just chose to write this guide to show what I think of Irelia. This is what works best for me. If you guys have any questions just ask, but don't just minus cause of the items atleast try it first.
