Introduction
As this is my first build can you please give some constructive critism on what I am doing right with my build and what needs improvement.
I am not sure about these runes at all so don't hate me for them.
I have taken amour and magic penetration marks, flat health seals, magic resist glyphs as well as 1 strength quintessence and 2 health quintessences.
There are many options with runes and the runes I have chosen were recomended to me by a friend.

As soon as the game begins buy a meki pandant and a health potion. After getting 605gold buy the tear of the goddess. After that buy the boots of speed and eventually upgrade them to bezeker greaves. Now save your gold till you can buy the manamune without buying the longsword first. From here there a few options with the next item you purchase, you can buy zeal and upgrade it to the phantom dancer of buy the heart of gold and then rush randuins omen. which ever one you buy first you buy the other one next. Next buy the negatron cloak and then upgrade it to the force of nature without buying the regrowth pendants as they take up too much space. The last tiem is totally up to you and how well you are going, personally I get the hextech gunblade for it's lifeteal and attack damage with spellvamp and ability power secondary, I have known a friend to take the BF sword and then upgrade it to what he wants at the time.
The manamune can be swapped out for the tiamat at the beginning of the build depending on whether you want higher attack dameage and splash damage or a higher man regen and mana count

To begin the game the first ability i take is equilibrium strike, to help at the beginning if you come accross the enemy. Taking hiten style for the bonus dameage and lifesteal/regen. And then I follow the rest of the guide for my skills. There are many other options for skills and when you take them.
