- Maxing Bladesurge reduces the cooldown significantly and therefore makes you more mobile. It also helps with lasthitting in lane. I think thats better than maxing Equilibrium Strike. However there are many different opinions on this matter, I would add a skill sequence section in which you explain why you think maxing Equilibrium Strike is the way to go.
- Damage items such as Infinity Edge and Phantom Dancer are simply bad on Irelia, her strength is that you can build supertanky after getting that Trinity Force and still deal a lot of damage. Your build should have a magic resistance item, armor item (in this case Randuin's Omen, which is fine) and the Warmog's Armor + Atma's Impaler which you have. Getting Warmog's Armor twice as is listed in your second build is very unrealistic.
- Exhaust or Teleport on Irelia are better choices than Ignite imo. Teleport is also very valuable for your team for dragon control because you can teleport to a ward while your enemy top laner isn't able to get to dragon fast. Exhaust is primarily chosen due to the fact that Irelia can pretty much 1 v 1 anyone top as long as she has that.
- There's a mistake in your rune section: it says 'Seal of Resilience' twice, the second time you're talking about glyphs so you should change that and use the correct name.
