Items

Start off with dorans blade and then build up each item listed through out the game and you should have those 6 total items left. (note that you should sell the dorans blade mid game.. otherwise you would have 7 items)

Summoner Spells

I prefer to use -ghost- and _flash- because i always need them for a quick escape in ganks and turret diving. You can also use exhaust and ignite for an alternative.
