If u are laning against an ability power champion then you should build mercury treads as soon as possible
The reason you see mercury trrads and ninja tabi in the build is because i don't know if u are gonna lane agains an AD or an AP. If u lane agains an AD build ninja tabi, otherwise build mercury treads
Runes
Take magic resistence glyphs ( not magic resistence / level glyphs ) and ignore those in the build!
