Yeah, i have debated getting it for dammage but i find i cant really do too much with it other than last hitting... so it seems a bit pointless to me o_O but you're right, everyone has their own playstyle
I always used to prioritize hiten style first.. just for the regen, even when I use the bladesurge, and as long as one doesn't spam it, and actually kills the minions with it, then the cd's refreshed and the reduced cooldown in higher levels isn't really necessarry... as for equilibrium strike I prioritize that second just for the longer stun/slow :p

Well, you -can- take that Mpen, but it only effects 1 of her skills. (I don't build her quite the same since the update to her)
I think I'll stick another Irelia into the guide to show my new way to play her since the update.
I played a few more games, and I felt that 15-0-15 works well for the offtank.
