Irelia, the Will of the Blades
The Ionians have developed some of the most breathtaking and deadly martial arts on all of Runeterra - just one manifestation of their pursuit of enlightenment. The most remarkable blade style to emerge, however, was the unusual byproduct of foreign intervention. Master Lito was a swordsman whose teachings were sought by ruling classes from nearly every city-state. His art was a highly-guarded secret, but it was said that swords would breathe in his grasp. He withered unexpectedly from a mysterious disease which baffled the brightest of Runeterran physicians. When he died, he left behind Zelos and Irelia, his son and daughter, and a truly unique weapon. Zelos became a sergeant in the Ionian military and left to seek assistance from Demacia immediately prior to Noxus' invasion of Ionia. Irelia, charged with the protection of their home until Zelos returned, was alone when the Noxian forces struck.
The Ionians fought admirably, but soon Ionian blood stained the land beneath the prints of foreign boots. At the Great Stand of the Placidium, Ionians prepared for surrender, but were inspired to maintain their resistance when the young Irelia lifted her father's enormous blade and pledged to hold until her brother returned. In the chaos of the ensuing fight, Irelia was cursed with dark Noxian Necromancy. As her life ebbed, Soraka, the Starchild, made a final attempt to anchor her fading soul. Unwilling to relinquish her home, Irelia rose at the brink of death, and her father's sword lifted in the air alongside her. Irelia rushed back to the fore, unfazed by the blade's sudden animation. The weapon danced around her effortlessly, cutting down Noxians as they gaped in horror. The decimated invaders were forced to retreat from the Placidium. Irelia was appointed Ionia's Captain of the Guard, and when the defense of her homeland moved to the Fields of Justice, so did she.
'The sword flourishes, as though painting with blood.'
Welcome To my Irelia Guide. In this guide we will go through alot of discussion and Feedback aswell as for some good Pros and Cons on my build.
Pro's And Con's
Relatively safe pick in current top lane meta.
Tanky and mobile bruiser with sustain.
Hard to lock down or cc due to passive.
Can deal true damage, physical damage, and magical damage.
Easy to farm with if not countered.
Extremely versatile with item builds and counter-builds.
Relatively weak early game.
Weak to early ganks or jungle pressure.
Relatively weak ultimate
Decent but not amazing late-game
Situational cc slow/stun
Reduces the duration of stuns, slows, taunts, fears, snares, and roots for each nearby enemy champion.\n\n1 Champion: 10%\n2 Champions: 25%\n3 Champions: 40%
Explanation: This Skill is the most EpIC Anti CC passive and together with
Mercury's Treads +25 Magic Resist
UNIQUE Passive: Enhanced Movement 2
UNIQUE Passive: +35 Tenacity
This is just the best of the best
Might just remember that all the abilitys is at max level
6 sec (6 sec)
Irelia dashes forward to strike her target, dealing 140 (+239) physical damage.
If it kills the target, Bladesurge's cooldown refreshes and refunds 35 Mana.
Explanation: This Skill is an awsome Utilizing tool aswell at for Chasing Tool this is good with Your Hiten Style as the True Dmg procs with the collision on an enemy with Q

Active: Irelia's autoattacks deal 75 additional true damage for 6 seconds. Hiten Style's passive health gain is doubled for the duration.

40 sec (40 sec)
Irelia summons 4 spirit blades that she can fling to deal 160 (+76.2) (+15) physical damage to enemies they pass through. She heals for 25% of the damage dealt against champions and 10% against minions.
Explanation: This Ability is what makes Irelia Shine, It has decent amounts of damage and returns a big amount of hp back to you, and it has nearly next to no Cooldown
Farming at your tower
- Allow the tower to hit it twice and then Bladesurge to it.
- Auto hit the Minion, Allow the tower to hit it once and then autohit again.
Cast Bladesurge only if you have no chance to reach the minion with autohit. Try to keep your mana up, you will need it if your Jungler comes around for ganking.
Tactic ti killing players while on low health when your near your tower
Your 3rd skill is really overpowered when your low on health so tend to stick by your tower and try and lure your opponents to your tower. When they are in range of the tower and they think they have killed you, spam your 3rd skill on the player and watch as the turret does the damage on the hero. make sure you use your 2nd skill and auto attack him and if he manages to get away, remember to ignite him and will assure you a kill ;). But this only works from lvl's 1-12. After this, the players tend have higher armor and do not really care if they are being hit by the tower. but attempt if if you are 100 percent sure you will get the kill :). Or the player is a bit of a noob.
We have had good points and bad points in this guide as well as for skilling order and item build, and player aggression ETC.
Be aware that this build is not done and will be updated maybe already tomorrow again
Feedback is welcome and i'm willing to test some off your feedback to make my Guide better
