always try to farm as much as you can at level 1 with Bladesurge.you want waste as much mana as you think it will becasue whenever you get a kill with your Bladesurge you will get 30 mana back.and it is really good using your Transcendent Blades on minions.and try to get much farm as you can using your Transcendent Blades and Bladesurge and then you will be pain in the *** for the enemy team even if you dont get many kills.but if you are laning against
or a try to play really defensive and only go for minion kills.

when you have a good farm and your lane have no enemy champion on it try to gank as many time as you can.in teamfights try to take as much damage for your allies and try to stun their AD or AP carry with your Equilibrium Strike so your allies or you can get get quick kill on their AD or AP carry.Dont focus the tank try to ignore him as much as you can try to focus they guys that does the much damage.
