Since cooldowns are a bit big in Irelia, i believe Cd Reduction is a waste. and since the CD on bladesurge refreshes, i dont think i need any. anyway will try that too. :)

Your Runes don't quite match up with what you say in your guide.

Have you considered any cooldown reduction runes for blue and mana regen for yellow? This might free you up a little to try a different item than Manamune.
