Madred's Bloodrazors has been replaced with Trinity force, as it gives more survivability, but still provides attack speed, and instead of the 4% hp with bloodrazors there's the 130% damage increase for your next basic attack after an ability is used. Bloodrazors is still a useful choice, but only if you are confident you won't need so much survivability.'
Remember that when you use your Bladesurge, The Sheen/Trinity buff will not quite appear. But that's because Bladesurge consumes the effect aswell doubling the damage of that ability. It appears for a very short time though
Starks Fervor removed, Black Cleaver replaced it. Found that the build was lacking brutal force. Also Phantom Dancer and Infinity Edge has changed priority. Infinity edge is now higher prio :)
