This is my first build so im not going to write much

Masteries

Draven is relies on Attack Damage and Attack Speed.So you should give him what he wants.Plus give him some armor and magic resist for the late game when the enemy team focus you if your OP(Fed).

Items

As with the Masteries give him what he needs.Draven also,because of his attack speed,needs life steal (a lot).Mercurial Scimitar is also usefull when being chased by disablers.Maw of Malmortius and Youmuus Ghostblade can also get you out of sticky situations.

Skill Sequence

Draven needs his first because of the "poison" effect it has on enemies+the high damage output. Draven can alredy chase with out his second cause of his thirds slowing and knocking aside effect.So just take it at lvl 12 and leave it there till you max all the rest.His ulti has a global range so he can help his team in teamfights even when hes at base.

Farming

He also relies a lot on farming minions,so he can get that early "rich" sensation and late game if hes losing so he can regain thats wich he has lost.
