If you noticed, Janna has only 2 offensive skills, the rest being pure defensive. Thereforce, despite the good AP ratios for your offensive spells, Janna isn't good for an AP champ. Plus the fact her tornado takes some time to charge up, it is hard to aim. Your only skill with easy aim and good damage is your Zephyr, the slow, which is maxed last. Even if your skillshots are godly and hit every other time, you'll get flamed for not playing as a support, which is much better for your team. Most of your text is near unreadable and your ineptness is proved again when you have 33 runes in total. In my opinion, the ONLY champions who can go damagy yet are supports are Taric (Low chance) and Zilean.
