hmmm... describe good score with Janna
is it normal to have 3 kills, no deaths and 29 assists?
or should there be more kills?

That is perfectly fine. 3 kills is on the high side, but it's okay if you had to secure a kill.

Certainly an unorthodox way of building Janna presented in a fresh slick lay-out. When overlooking the guide something feels missing and I would say on a hunch that's a section purely dedicated to her abilities and illustrations to reflect upon them as she isn't exactly your everyday 1-2-3 Sona support and in my view is up there with Alistar in being one of the most hardest supports to master. While you do have "Tips on Skills" section I don't think its suffice for the context in question. There is unquestionably a vast ocean of knowledge within this guide about supporting but I feel isn't integrated with Janna herself as much as it could be.

Pros/Cons

One main aspect which differs her from other supports is that she doesn't have consistence sustaining heals like Sona & Soraka and I think that should be included in her cons. Likewise, a mirror closes and another opens in that she isn't gimped by the effects of Ignite as much as other supports being a positive. Movement speed is king Tailwind!

Runes

Should add more fruit in the fruit basket for the guests to pick the fruit of their preferred taste and to avoid these they may be allergic to. Greater Quintessence of Ability Power for these who rather be more offensive, Greater Quintessence of Armor & Greater Quintessence of Magic Resist for the more defensive type. I've seen some Janna players have either Greater Mark of Ability Power or Greater Mark of Scaling Ability Power as marks although I've never tried them myself before but may be note worthy.

Masteries

Firstly, Scout is trash. Absolutely a dismally atrocious. If you think Wealth isn't worth the points then Scout is in its own league, you simply won't notice the difference. I find the 9/0/21 build a bit iffy to be frank with Janna (in fact all supports) as Zephyr is her only real "formidable" damage and I find going 0/9/21 just overall better with its added survivability helps to ensure your team never loses out on your passive and support especially with Janna having to sometimes go into dangerous positions for landing certain Monsoon.

Seeing as you want to avoid dying and that Good Hands is a talent which only comes into effective once your dead for that reasoning alone I find it sub-par against Expanded Mind but each to their own. About the "sacrificing" part, there's rarely a situation where you can prevent a loss of a team-mates life by trading your own - only in exceptional circumstances like Ace in Hole.

The reason many opt for Wealth is simply that there isn't anything else better on the plate. The bonus gold allows you to buy extra Ward or offensively a Vision Ward at the start and with the current meta play-style of jungle invasions (at level 1) becomingly more common everyday stuff I find it solace to have an extra ward about me.

Summoner Spells

I reckon Clarity should be shoved into the non-viable section; if your having mana problems either get mana regenerating seals or spec for it. It would come across more in the loop of matters to have Exhaust higher in the list in the neutral column if not promoted into the viable column as sometimes you'd run the AD Carry: Heal/ Flash and Support Exhaust/ Flash or Clarivoyance combo.

Items

RAGE WHY ISN'T Randuin's Omen MENTIONED?!?! Jokes aside, is defiantly worth mentioning in the defensive section and perhaps even placed as a finishing item as Frozen Heart is a core item on many champions for example Cho'Gath also when procced Randuin's Omen is more effective so its certainly a good item with the added survivability it gives to you as well. It easily builds upon from your Heart of Gold which coincidentally enough why isn't Shurelya's Reverie part of your "finished"/core item build? Builds off from your Philosopher's Stone, the values of CDR is stated by yourself when describing Frozen Heart and its on-use active is priceless [for initiating engages or escaping].

Should update to include the new support item - Locket of the Iron Solari - lots of times when against double AP team combs I'd build this from my Heart of Gold or if the enemy ADs are simply doing ****. I find buying Soul Shroud a waste if you plan to just sell it off later as that's over 650g thrown away. Err.. where on earth did the money for Rabadon's Deathcap come from? Seeing as your a support with near enough zero farm and warding like mad with eventually Oracles unless kills are flying all over the place like oxygen or your team is heavily dominating the match I don't see this being a realistic nor reasonable buy. I've never had the gold to buy such an item after completing my core support items in a normal draft match nevermind a Ranked game!

Just to give you an idea of what I usually end with in a non-surrender 40mins+ match. Mercury's Treads, Aegis of the Legion, Abyssal Scepter, Randuin's Omen. Shurelya's Reverie and finally last slot Sight Ward.

Warding

I'd also include some defensive warding of your own jungle in the yellow circle mid-late game section with particular note to these enemy junglers more prone to invade such as Shyvana and Lee Sin while your own jungler may be vulnerable to invasions notable examples being Amumu & Rammus. Vision Ward in important objections like Dragon and Baron as well.
