^ Wow, thanks a lot for that. I am not sure if I have a lot of time this week but I will surely use a lot of this feedback.

About runes: I am very insecure about them, so I would rather refrain from recommending anything else. I just wrote what I normally use.

About masteries: Yeah, Scout is pretty bad. I need an alternative for this, I can't remember the name but I am thinking about the mastery that gives health regen per max mana or something.

Summoner Spells: fully agree. Clarity sucks and Exhaust is something I use sometimes.

Items: I didn't include Randuin's Omen? lolz. I find Shurelya's a nice item, but a bit unnecessary on Janna. She already has the passive speedboost. Locket of the Iron Solari and Zeke's Herald are items I still have to test, so expect that in some time. And Deathcap... well sometimes things go well, and I like to deal some damage myself. Also AP goes fine with every ability she has, so that is why. But normally I don't get to finish it, indeed :p

Warding: Good tips. I should also include the brush in the bot lane.

I always appreciate an honest opinion about my guides, don't hesitate! :)

Very in-depth guide with a lot of useful tips, tricks and insight on how to play Janna. I do however think the actual build needs some work.

• You list armor marks as an alternative, which is good but I think the magic penetration should be the alternative as they're generally more useful in lane.
• I think 2 Faerie Charms as starting items is a bit overkill and also only gives you 1 Sight Ward. The gold you spend on a second Faerie Charm really is much better spent on a few extra wards. (generally you want to ward your tribush/river and have another ward for one of the brushes in your lane)
• Kage's Lucky Pick is often not worth it as you don't really build anything out of it and gold/10 items you get after 15 minutes (which is at least what you're looking at considering you should definitely get philo/HoG first) don't really pay off anymore.
• No Shurelya's Reverie? :o Probably the most important support item right there, should definitely include it imo.
• The new Locket of the Iron Solari is looking like a good pickup for Janna from a Heart of Gold
• I don't think you should ever get a Rabadon's Deathcap. Instead, look at other support items like Shurelya's Reverie (must have), Locket of the Iron Solari and Zeke's Herald besides your Aegis of the Legion and Frozen Heart.
• You show a lot of good spots to ward, but you're missing your own lane brushes, probably the most important wards in the laning phase. They really need a mention as well as some explanation about brush control.
• Consider adding a section or some explanation about Oracle's Elixir and when you should ideally get it.
• I think Vision Wards also need a mention in the guide and perhaps some explanation, like how you should get one (or more) for dragon control early on and sometimes even for brush control in lane (though those aren't too common).

- You do not want to stay in lane for too long, the second you can get a gp/10 item you should probably recall.
- True, but it gives some fancy damage and goes well with every ability she has.
- Often others in my team get this, and Janna already has her passive.

- 100 % true, I was just thinking about it. I will update :)
- Good idea as well, sometimes I don't even get it at all while at other times I buy it right after my gp/10 items.
- Vision Wards are pretty useless if you have an oracle :)

^ Hard call... In my opinion you pick Janna if you have an AD carry with lots of poke (Ezreal and Kog'Maw come to mind) whereas you pick Soraka if you have an AD carry highly based on farm (Caitlyn for instance).
