i like to take ap quints gold per 10 yellows cdr blues and magic pen reds seems to work for me very well

for masteries i take 12/18/0 because who doesnt love utility?

Skill Sequence

we all know janna's bread and butter skill is her shield so of course your gonna max it first
then her w becuase who doesnt love speed and heavy slows?
you max tornado last because it takes alot of mana you only use it for extra cc for disengage and it pushes the wave really hard and thats exactly what you dont want to do

while alot of people these days take ignite i find exhaust to be alot better on janna because she protects the team she doesnt go for kills herself and provides enough cc to get anyone killed as it is and flash because WE CANT LOSE OUR STACKS!!!
