Really easy to play, all you do is
1. Spam Howling Gales.
2. Slow with Zephyr.
3. Shield yourself or stronger carries in a push.
4. Tell your teammates to stay close at all times. This will turn very useful in a retreat because Monsoon can turn the tide, literally.

Items:

The key to success with this build is to spam Howling Gales. At the beginning of the game you should focus on the minions and assisting until you get Archangel's Staff.
Howling Gale uses a lot of MP and to maintain your MP, you need to get Archangel's Staff to let you stay for a longer period of time at the front.
Because of Howling Gales long range and Zephyrs bonus to movement speed. Boots aren't necessary until after you get the staff. Because then it's time to hunt.


Spells:

Howling Gale

Howling Gale is the first coise of spells and makes a great ambush lead. Not only is it long ranged but it disables the opponent for a brief second making it deadly if your teammates are in support. But as you gain more AP it will become one of the best spells in the game, because of it's low cooldown, long range and massive damage.

Zephyr

Zephyr is most effective in chases, both when you are getting chased and chasing. The use of this spell is all about timing. In a situation when you're being chased, a good use of this spell is to target the fastest or one with stun. Since of you're extra speed bonus, and if needed haste as well, you won't be in any danger of getting stunned or killed in a retreat.
Chases on the other hand is the best situations for Jenna, which also is my favorite. Because of that extra speed bonus you will be one of the fastest in the game. My favorite combo on chases is to run up to your enemy, if unsupported or alone, and cast a Howling Gale first and quickly cast Zephyr on him. this will not only disable him and slow him, but also make an easy target for a gank, plus Tailwind does a good job helping your teammates to catch up.
