I like the idea of roaming Janna, but if you pick armor pen runes shouldn't u pick offensive masteries like for crit chance and stuff like that?
6 armor doesn't make that big of a difference. Semi DPS roamer Janna would be awesome with Boots of Mobility :D And perhaps attack speed if you ever get the coins (I'm usually taking some cs but not much early, more like late game).

Lol. Isn't this guide practically the same as mine? There's no point in having 2 guides saying the same things.

I tried this build with armor pen runes and ended up surprising some guys who tried to gank me. Especially this Jarvan focused me but I killed him with Teemo.

I had score of 3-2-12, we won. Armor penetration runes were awesome :)
I didn't roam, but I will watch your video and then try it. If I hadn't already voted +1 I would vote again :D

P.S. Might be same in the items section as that other Janna build, but runes are different and that actually made quite a difference at least in my game.

Sorry to write again, but I forgot to mention that instead of putting 3 points into Health regen mastery, I put them into offense crit mastery. 3-6-21

Btw, why do you take arp marks? It's a bit contradictory since you end up taking Ap..
