No supports ever buy Rod of Ages and Iceborn Gauntlet, removes those and add in other supportive items like Shurelya's Battlesong. And you didn't even have boots and neither Sightstone. These are very important on supports, support means help your teammates to deal more damage/ defend your teammates/ sustain your teammates etc. Not to build something like a APC/ADC though ._.

With a brief look at your cheat sheet the most important stuff can be said. I'm sorry but your Runes are pretty bad chosen. Your Marks should be someting like Greater Mark of Armor or more offensive Greater Mark of Hybrid Penetration and your Quints should be something like Greater Quintessence of Gold or Greater Quintessence of Health. Sacling AP is bad overall even on AP mid laners and you talk about a support.
One huge issue about your item choices: You recommend too expensive luxury items and miss the absolut core item for every support, the Ruby Sightstone. Yeah, there are a huge amount of changes in coming for example about item paths but atm there are not many possibilities to build. Just remove Rod of Ages (and Iceborn Gauntlet) and add the ward stone and something like Shurelya's Battlesong. Boots are also recommendable and a start option just consisted of potions and some wards is also a choice.
Masteries, fairly decent but why not go for Block and Summoner's Insight ?

Good Luck but I would recommend you to take a look at Season 4 and the incoming changes because supports will change a lot due to the vision and gold changes :)
