its very simple , janna isnt " FULL AP " , she needs to usefull in a team fight , these items , to me are the better options to her , this build its only to support , not to kill so much .

I agree with Eruner, this build is too expensive for a support champ. You will be laning with an AD carry on bot, who needs ALL the farm. Therefore your CS will be close to 0. In addition you should be buying wards and oracle, so you don't really have enough gold for Rabaddon's. Instead you should be buying cost efficient items that would either help you to survive so you can support, or help your team to preform better in teamfights.For example Aegis gives lots of survivability for the whole team, and it is relatively cheap item to get. RoA isn't actually a bad item in either as it gives lots of usefull stats, but I don't get it since it give anything for my teammates aside from a bit more shielding.

Generally I build regrowth+pot->philo+(HoG)->IBoL->Aegis. After that everything is situational, depending on both own and enemy team comps. Soul Shroud isn't that usefull if you're playing with vlad and akali. If you get 3 shot, get resistances. If not, build some usefull aura.

For masteries I'd advice getting rid of 2 points in expanded mind, as they give ridiculously low amount of mana. Grab 15% MagicPen and reduced flash timer as they both benefit you and the team more.

For runes I have nothing against AP, they can improve your early game shielding a bit, but ap seals are just plain bad. 9 seals will give you 5.5 AP which isn't that much. Mp/5 seals would allow you to spam you're abilities more, or flat armor seals gives you much more survivability early game. Even flat HP or HP/lvl are better choice IMO.

"The strongest support" and I see two expensive heavy AP items before two aura items.
Why you chosed too many AP runes and no point in Flash and 15%MagPen in masteries?

yeah youre right in your way. spamming gale is kinda mana expensive.
i figured that you can upgrade your last will of the ancients into deathfire grasp if im not wrong. :)

yeah thats true , but i use her howling gale to hit enemys passing trought the minions , i dont use that only to farm , and when you are laning with someone else you should let him farm , not you , let the philosopher stone gives you a little gold (:

shes a good farmer xD howling gale? wait for full charge and i deals A LOT of damage to creeps.
