Simply because 0/9/21 is so much better. The 9th point in Defense opens up , which is far more useful than a single useless point in , which should be specced with the complete 3 points or not at all.

Hardly a 'NumberOneSupport' then, since Lulu was free just last week. She's actually more commonly seen than Galio, Kayle and Karma, and just so you know I have a very high win rate with support Lulu.

Also: ever heard of 0/9/21?

@Laggermeister, I have never seen a single person play Lulu as support. And 0/8/22 is what I use. The Page is still under construction, therefore I haven't been able to put the alternative runes/masteries yet.
