Hi, this is my first build on mobafire on how to succesfully build Jarvan IV.
Jarvan IV is a very great fight initiator with his "E" -> "Q") ability or just his "R". By taking on their whole team u can activate ur shield and get the maximum HP bonus on ur shield so u're able to take the heat, by the time it's out ur team is standing next to acing them.

I wont go in to everything all that much YET because I want to see if people take interest in this BUILD ORDER, I wont discuss playstyle that much because I haven't mastered him as I should so here goes nothing.

The runes I take are pretty self explanatory although I wanna add, if u're having trouble with maintaining a mid-high mana pool during the laning phase I suggest u get the mana regens, if not go for armor instead, this'll give u a lot of armor with the passive of ur "E".

I prefer the offensive masteries because u have some nice decent from runes and ur "E" and not to forget ur badass items.

The items I chose and the order fits him very well, this will allow you to potentially roam and get kills, if not, u still get gold from the Heart of golds u have. By taking Last Whsiperer u are a force to be reckoned with, after that I suggest u to get Banshee's veil at all times since it's just a great item and they always have atleast one mage in their team and several hard CC's. The rest will make u harder to kill whilst still doing tons of damage.
If there team would be mage heavy u can replace the Frozen Mallet with a Force of nature anytime, or a Guardian angel.

Like I said, if there is interest or some good ratings on my build I will surely go indepth by adding playstyle and so forth, but seeing how he's new I don't think adding a playstyle is that wise.
