Items:
Havin bought Frozen Mallet and Mercury's Treats u can sell Dorans Shield.
If u have bought all items until Warmorgs Armor (includiong Warmorgs Armor) u have to decide If enemy Team is:

...heavy physical damage - buy Thornail
...physical and magical damage - buy Force of Nature
...if ur Team is dominating the Game buy Randuins Omen

the sixth item is switchable anyway. If u get feeded until i have enough money to buy sixth, u can decide wheather u need more damage, health, magical resistance, armor, of Attack Speed..

Ghost: U can use clarity instead of it if u have mana problems

Tricks with his Skills:
To farm enemy creeps u can use skill 1 or skill 1 and 3 in combination. this will make u rich soon :P

To escape an enemy gank or to gank an enemy use skill 3 and pull u to the enemy through targeting the flag of skill 3 with skill 1. To protect u against damage u do our shield (skill 2). With ur ulti u can stunn the enemy champion in a kind of cage so that he cant escape for a few seconds. Thats the time where i can make use of u high attack speed and attack damage to kill the enemy. If u deactivate ur ulti earlier, it will deal damage to the enemy in it.
