Hello Im J0skus from League of legends EU. I Made build for our new funky champion Jarvan IV!
I have tested this tanky dps build in several matches and i think that it is working well :D
So please enjoy reaing this my very first build!

The damage output of this ability isnt great, but its armor reduction is really good! Also if you cast it on standard it knocks enemies it hits into air.
Almost as spammable shield as urgots PLUS aoe slow on cast!
Nice passive bonus plus damage on cast. Best thing in this that when combined with Dragon strike
You can knock ppl in air.
This is your greatest ability when used right. It leaps in air and slams foe making terrain crumble around you, trapping everyone inside.
TIP. You should try trap 1 foe inside it.
Pros / Cons
-Very good passive
-Almost spammable aoe slow/shield
-World shattering ulti
-High damage output
-You get focused down atm
-if you fail with ulti and trap more than 1 you might be dead.
-Jarvans blink is hard to use fast.
Which I prefer.
this is good spell for jarvan since he is slow.
And its good spell for almost anyone since it provides good chasing/retreating.
Do I have to explain this?
One of the best spells in the game.
good spells for Jarvan IV
Good spell for getting fast into the fight or out of it.
I just prefer ghost since it gives you more chasing ability.
Good spell but there is better for Jarvan. Still you may pick this if you want.
Gives you more mobility which is always good for slow champions.
Bad/not so good spells
You dont really need this since you have high armor, magic resist and hp
This may work with karthus, Pantheon and some oehers but... not with Jarvan...
This isnt jungling build so... no...
Im not sure about this one so I putted it here.
It might be good synced with your standard but there is better spells.
You arent that vulnerable to CC if you take mercurys.
I dont think this is good spell...
since you arent tank etc.
You arent THAT mana hungry.
You dont have any skills that would benefit from this and...
If you have good map awarness this is useless.
You can go solo lane, mid or anything you like expect jungling. (with this build)
Harass them with your
and when they are low call your jungling mate and gank them.
Dont try to kill them just harass them.
Again harass little with q then when youre level 4 or 5 throw standard at your opponent and cast q to it, knocking him/her air. Then cast w to slow and just autoattack to death casting q when ready.
Again harass and when level 2 go kill them simple.
Throw standard and cast q on it.

I just Make note here that Take only 1 of the boots and 1 of the last 3 items depending on your opponents.
