So, the reasons for -1 are:
-most of build is just copy-pasting
-Jarvan IV is too squishy for teamfights with this build
-most smart people will see that you're not going to build defensive enough, and will focus you down with ease

Carries like Gangplank, Vayne, Tryndamere and Master Yi will eat you in 2 seconds if you don't get more survivability than this. Also, you don't say anything about items, runes, abilities other than copy-pasted from mobafire or lol wiki. This build lacks your own opinion, and I think it's not safe to play with it in most cases, as you're very squishy.

You should try Flash and Smite someday, it synces well with your ultimate ;)
