if u dont use exhaust ?

The only problem with this build is it doesnt give u hp, im thinking of hp runes but it ruins ur early game if u go for that

i use this build in supporting it works really good

you dont need both trinity force and frozen mallet. it's one or the other.

why would u want regrowth pen? id say dorans or boots 3hp pots help u win lane better than regrowth

hey iceman, your guide looks pretty decent. but if you don't mind me asking wouldn't be better for Jarvan IV to start out with a regrowth pendant rather than boots and pots?
