Choose Champion Build:
Spells:
Heal
Ignite
Ability Order
Martial Cadence (PASSIVE)
Jarvan IV Passive Ability
Introduction
Runes:
I like to go full offensive on runes because, when you go defensive the enemy champ will be not that scared of you. You need to haras and make them squil.
Skill:
I like to max Q because that gives Jarvan the needed range against ranged champions. For the rest its pretty standard.
Summoner Spells:
Use Health+Ignite, this gives you max sustain and attack power. These 2 are also very important for FIRST KILL.
Other good choiches are Teleport and Flash.
