My Order should be like this Q,E,Q,W,Q,R,Q,E,Q,W,R,E,W,E,W,E,R,W,E. And most people prefer flash than exhaust because your 2nd skill is like Exhaust but we less cooldown and doesn't reduce you opponent's damage. You should also mention Madred's Bloodrazor the build, it helps shred people like Vladimir that has lots of HP but very armor/magic resist. I use this for Jarvan (DPS/Tank) and if the other team is balanced in AP and AD: Warmog, Mercury, FoN, Omen, Madred's Bloodrazor and The Black Cleaver. I call it tanking tank killer.
