reli effective build, im quite new to LoL, im lvl 13 and my m8s who i play with are all lvl 30 so i die alot, usually go 2-6-6 or 3-9-7, played this build for the first time the other day and i was 6-4-16, was ridiculous how much damage i could take, early game is still quite hard but mid and late are a walk in the park, i was taking on 2-3 champions and still managing to get a kill or run if i needed to ;p also you have the option of getting some AD if need be, great guide m8 has reli given my love for playin LoL and playin jarvan back :)
