Summoner Spells

The reason I chose to use Exhaust and Ignite is because they are both very good for sealing kills and for Jax getting a few kills goes a long way. I would recommend using the ignite early on to get their health low while you attack then when they run seal the deal with exhaust and use your E to stun W for damage and Q to get the kill. Also after you get the Guinsoo's Rageblade and the Hextech Gunblade and Sanguine Blade Vilemaw is cake to solo. Just start with your E to not take hits that use your W and Q alot and let your ULT passive restore health while your stacks go up.

Last Item

The last item is up to your guys preference I usually go with a Blackfire Torch for that little boost in damage when in fights. But some people prefer a I.E. or Phantom Dancer. Whatever build you want to finish on. If you really want to get OP then end the build with a Wooglets and make your ULT passive do all the work. Also after you get the

Team Fights

When in team fights target the Champ with the most CC so that you can chase the other rather easily and if you dont have time for that then use your E then W then Q onto someone what this will do is you'll do a ton of damage from your W and Q and base damage and when the E ends it will stun all nearby enemys basically guaranteeing you a kill (If the champ is squishy enough)

When Going Into A 1v1

When you go into a 1v1 your going to rely completely on your passive stack and item stacks. Jax is one of the best 1v1 champ because of his amazing hybrid ability and his stacks. His passive stacks go away fast so you need to be quick when going to different areas to fight and when in the jungle. Without stacks your like an AD Ziggs xD. But when you go to fight someone 1v1 try to hit minions for a little to get stacks and let them attack you. As long as you have enough Life Steal and Spell Vamp you should be able to sustain for a while and once you feel comfortable with your stacks back up and use E, W and Q on them once again this will do a lot of damage and stun them. Now with all your stacks Ignite them and hit them and use Exhaust if needed. You just got another kill and should be able to get full health with a quick trip in the jungle. :)

Pros / Cons

Pros: This build is very hard to counter and guarantees you to be all around perfect and not waste any attacks or abilitys.

Cons: This build will not specialize in anything so it will not give you crazy life steal or spell vamp or crazy AD or AP.

Team Work

Make sure your team give you early game kills. Jax is a huge threat if hes fed and make sure your team calls MIA frequently because the enemy team will gank ALOT.

Creeping / Jungling

Jax is awesome if he can get his CS up and stay in the jungle. Reason being that if a team fight breaks out he most likely already has full stacks from the monsters and is ready to do a lot of damage.
