Haha yeah its quite a lot, he gains a huge amount of hp from all the ability power i think its pretty nice :D (especially because baron buff and red/blue pots gives you more hp too)
you should try the CD reducion glyphs that gose by per lv
That would be a great idea if not for the fact that with this build, you end up with 39.89% CDR(with blue pot), which is .11% under cap. Maybe if you just grab one to max it out if your into total min max, if not its a bit of wasted stats
