Spells:
Ignite
Exhaust
Ability Order
Relentless Assault (PASSIVE)
Jax Passive Ability
Runes
9
Mark:
The reason i have chosen armor pen is because i find it is very useful at the start of the match.
Greater Seal of Evasion
9
Seal:
The reason i have chosen the dodge runes for my seals is because hes E ability has the passive 10 percent dodge and a extra 2 percent per level. Following through with ninja tabi and an extra dodge for your masteries.
Greater Quintessence of Evasion
3
Quints:
The reason is basicly the same as seal if i remember right you can get about 30 - 40 percent dodge.
For the Skill sequence your should focus on Empower. Due to that it is really good early game.
And you need those kills if you want to be a unstoppable force in late game.
Hes leapisnt really that crash hot its mainly there to jump at them if there running away or to initate the fight.
Hes Emove is the second most important as having the ninja tab / hes runes / hes masteries /
I no your thinking you should probally max hes E first but it is better for empower first off.
You will be amazed how much damage you can do around lvl 3 - 7

With the items i start of with boots and 2 health potion.
Once i reach enough gold for ninja tabi i get them asap as they help you so much.
After that i start to build the rage blade which helps hes Ults passive and it is a must.
Since jax is a hybrid and his passive gives him hp for ablity and attack.
The next item i buy is The hextech revolver this is probally my favourite item of all.
It has everything jax needs.
Life steal
Spell vamp
Ablity
Damage.
And the unique active can be ok but its not the best.
This helps so much in fights. due to every third attack jax does it does a certain amount of damage from his ult which he gains 20 percent of that from the spellvamp
Also why he is attacking life steal kicks in so basicly late game
You are a beast. You can get 2.0 attack speed without any attack speed.
The Phantom Dancer Its your choice from the phantom or the impaler.
Depends on how your going.
If your dominating and want to kill them even faster go with the phantom dancer if u feel you need more hp and attack go with the impaler.
