Some people will say im a noob to buy 3 boots, but with 3 boots + rune + Passive from skill i get 51% Dodge and take a look at my damage already and Ability Power ^^ it is Amazing i won game with that build eazy, always stun each 3.3 sec and with passive from char i get 3400 HP :P Have fun and try it leave me Comments i'm Jainkoaren in Game.

In this build it's write 210 Damage and 275 AP but in game with the 30% from cap and all it is 275 Damage and 530 AP near this. Try in in bot mode u'll see :P
