I still prefer exhaust and ignite:

You are about to kill mundo but he runs away, you use ignite.

He is about to kill you, you use exhaust and then escape with leap.

If you are facing a mundo and are not able to kill him you flash away. Then if he is using his ult, and then slowing you he may catch up. Then you use cleanse, and jump away to a minoun or champ. All over will cleanse and flash work best. There you have it. Pleased? =)

Okay first of all, I hate how you say you shouldnt get anything other then cleanse and flash. What if you are versing a Mundo? Ignite is so viable in so many situations. Wrong, wrong, wrong.

would consider getting lich bane over trinity, and maybe throw in nashors instead of either rabadon or rylai, but other than that great build man! :)
