21Defense is better than 21offense when you don't gear into crit. Just go 9/21/0 instead.

Those glyphs are horrible... Just throw them away and get yourself some magic resist or AP instead.
Ever thought about getting AD marks and AP or AD quints? They're very nice with his passive. Gives about 60hp at lvl1.

The only thing, which makes me stop a think about this build is the snowball item and Bloodthirster. But they're of course a part of the game, and if you play succesful you should have no problems staying above 10 stacks. But let's say that you have a fully stacked sword of the occult and a fully stacked bloodthirster. Upon death you lose 6 stack of 5 AD + 40 AD = 70 AD from one single death. You might want to add situational or alternative items etc.
Other than that, you have succeeded to create a powerful hybrid build.

Your attackspeed is not as in many other Jax builds and therefor you have chosen alacrity runes. That's okay but in the long run I think you'd be better off with ArP runes, mainly because you have such a gigantic AD-pool.

A few headlines or breaks in the description wouldn't hurt either.
