Jax is a chammpion heavily dependent on his items. So be sure to last hit as many minions as you can.

I would just try to stack up as many dodge runes as you can, with some cooldown's for his abilities in general.

Actually you can pretty much do what you want here, but the most important thing is you get nimbleness and evasion. To be honest you don't even need to max out good hands, its just I don't like waiting when I die.

Last four items in the build are compeletly up to you, but i would go a solid base with rageblade and ninja tabi. The rest mostly depend on who your against or how your doing.

Pros:
Leap, Stun, Empower make a great combo for huge damage
Very Good Late Game!
Has more Hp than people would expect
Good at escaping

Cons:
Very bad early game!!!
Not very good against mages
