Debated to be the best jungler in the game. This build takes advantage of Jax's attack speed passive. This matched with the large amount of life steal and spell vamp means that Jax does not die. This build easily allows Jax to solo baron after you buy hextech revolver. You should have wriggles, cd boots, trinity, rageblade and hextech revolver before soloing baron. With rune's, the passive, trinity and rageblade expect Jax to be at 2.1-2.3 attack speed upon completing trinity.

This is a jungle build. For top lane get boots and pots before life-steal. This build is solid in top lane as well and counters most top laners with his hit and run tactics.

My rune choices maximize attack speed with a balance of extra AD,armor and MR with a little CD.

This is standard ad jungle masteries. AP jungler masteries are not as effective due to the lack of skill based damage and reduction of AP ratios on jax.

With counter strike, Jax's passive allows 1.0 AS to start before being hit. With high attack speed, lifesteal is the most ideal sustain to start with. Get boots before ganking. Get wriggle's and CD boots before sheen, then rageblade, finish trinity, start hextech gunblade with the hextech revolver, negatron cloak, and finish either in importance of sustain vs. MR.

Start with E and let someone leash the Blue Golem, then activate it when the golem switches to attacking you. The most important part of the skills is timing your W immediately after your first hit before activating your E to scale on the passive.

Use q to get in and out of fights as well as use wards with wriggles for wall jumps.

I like ignite to finish off ganks so that you can retreat, however you can also use flash or exhaust as substitutes. I don't think it's necessary to explain smite in a jungling build however as an experienced jax, I have gone doubles with top and after destroying the top lane, breaking off and jungling without smite. You can also play on the tactic with getting smite and hiding top to get first blood and get top to leash blue after but this is extremely risky but high reward.

Start with Blue Golem, as earlier make sure you wait to activate E until golem attacks you. Get wolves next. Wraiths. Golems. (wolves, wraiths again optional) B. Get boots, red and gank mid or bot lane. Cover lanes if possible, you will get tons of gold and you wipe up minions easily with your ult passive, w and wriggles. Let mid have second blue and go from there as needed.

Tank dragon when possible you have tons of sustain from wriggles, counter-strike and your AS passive.

Ward when possible and even try to counter jungle when possible.

All in all this build is off-tank hybrid that can shred through any champ even full-tank Rammus. I have never played with another champion that can out damage Jax with this build. Feel free to initiate, tank, play aggressively with this build after you get to lvl 6. This build also works extremely well for Xin Zhao although I have a personal variant on the build for Zhao.
