Jax is propably one of the champions you are going to have the most fun with, He's easy to play and he gets quite strong at late game.

I hope you find this guide helpfull for your future gaming of Jax.

Why no dodge quintessences?- Well I feel that Jax already has enough dodge with the seals of evasion plus the ninja tabi boots, and the ability power realy helps you out in early game ganks.

I also take flat magic penetration marks, beacuse of jax's ultimate passive, trust me they go well together.

I also take magic resistance per champion lvl glyphs, this makes Jax more durable against ap characters which I think is one of he's weakneses.

And last, but not least. I take flat evasions seals beacuse this will stack beautifuly with your E ability.

I choose to have defensive masteries when I play Jax, Jax is a DPS character and many say that you should go offensive when playing Jax. But Jax deals tons of damage with the build I make, so making him more defensive in masteries just makes him harder to take down :P

For items i ALWAYS start with doran's shield, this makes jax more durable early game which helps you alot when trying to gank.

Second- I Make the ninja tabi boots, for those of you who don't know this it gives you more dodge chance and movement speed. The next great thing is that the ninja tabi are very cheap :)

Third- I start to make a hextech gunblade, why do I take this and not a guinsoo rageblade? well with the gunblade you get increased attack and AP and lifesteal and spell wamp. I think this is more inportant early game then the extra attack speed. (I normaly sell my Doran's shield while making this item.)

Fourth- I make the guinsoo rageblade. It do's the same as Jax's ultimate, just stacking up on attack speed, so they naturaly go well together. Plus the extra damage is nice too.

Fith- Sword of the divine, Why? beacuse of the extra attack speed of course, this helps you alot if you don't have time to wait for your ultimate passive. And if you meet a rival Jax you can activate this item to so that your attacks can't be dodged! Trust me, that rival Jax will be inn for a nasty surprise :P

Sixth- I go for wit's end, it gives you extra magic resistance and attack speed, plus it stacks 5 times increasing your magic resistance with every attack. AWSOME!

Seventh- I go for the atma`s impaler as my last item :) It gives 45 armor which is always nice to have, it also gives 18 critical strike chance, And finally it converts 2 percent of your max hp into damage, Which is AWSOME cause jax`s passive makes every third point in attack into health XD so this items is the cherry on the ice-cream

I choose heal and exhaust for my summoner spells beacuse, when I play jax I dont feel like running from a fight, and with the exhaust and heal spells it makes you even more durable in combat. You may change these if you like to whatever suits you best.

This is not THE way to play Jax, but it's how I like too play him so if you think anything could be done different than feel free to play him that way :)

Also for Dominion I do the same as in normal games, but instead of buying Wit's end I choose to buy Ionic spark.
