It might be a good idea to get some more tankiness in the form of health ( Warmog's Armor, Banshee's Veil, etc) with jax - his ultimate gives bonus armor and MR and it would be nice to get some health to give him more effective health for the duration of the buff. It would also be nice to add a section about teamfights and what to do if your team gets into one and your role during a teamfight. A warding guide will also be nice as not many people know how to get Sight Wards and Vision Wards and the power and map control they give you. I see how you've added some bbcode into your guide to make it easier to read though and it's certainly easier to read then just plain blocks of text. Ze guide to yours AP Soraka guide is here.
