I have played jax with the exact same build. It really gives insane damage output but it's not the best build.. And every champ need some survivability (hp isn't enough ;)

i know it uses both cuz its a hybrid skill but if i use magic pen runes ill get less damage. i tried it alot of times and its better to have a armor pen than magic pen. for the phantomdancer i used it for movement, crit chance and attack speed. u cant use your leap and empower everytime and have to use auto attack thats why i have infinity edge for it.

good guide but a few thing you need to fix
for your red runes you say armor pen for leap strike and empower when those both deal magic damage so magic pen is better for those two, same with quints and phantom dancer isnt too good any more if your going for more as i would recommend SoTD as a replacement if you dont like phantom dancer
